Southern Zone Schools Growth Plan
Each year, our Southern Zone Schools staff, School Planning Council and PAC work together to draft our School Growth Plan. An area of instructional focus is chosen based on student performance in the previous year.
Our School Growth Plan
Throughout the year, teachers pursue professional development in the area identified in the plan. They use their insight and experience in the classroom helping students improve performance. Performance is measured using assessment tools that closely align with the best practices being implemented in classrooms. Student progress is reviewed throughout the year and strategies are implemented to improve performance.
